East Devon District Council have applied a Tree Preservation Order TPO) to the whole field on Oak Road (also known as Ash Hill Road), where tree works were started on Saturday. This will be reviewed in 6 months time. It means that the trees can be properly assessed, and if any work on them is required, it will have to be approved by EDDC. Any trees that are felled will have to be replaced
