How to find us
West Hill is located 12 miles east of Exeter, just off the A30. Exit the A30 at the Daisymount junction and follow the B3180 signposted for Exmouth. After a mile or two, you will come to a crossroads. Take the left turning - this is Bendarroch Road, and the start of your adventure in West Hill.
A lot of the houses have names, rather than numbers, which - though undoubtedly charming - can make life difficult for people unfamiliar with the village. So around the year 2000 the Residents' Association of the time produced a detailed street map, popularly known as the Millennium Map. Ever since then, due to the valiant efforts of a few volunteers, the map has been kept up to date - no mean feat as the village is constantly growing.
Fortunately, you can see an electronic version of the current map. There is also an index of house names and corresponding map references (links to external website).
Failing that, pop into the village shop (corner of West Hill Rd and Beech Park) and speak to a member of staff who will be happy to furnish you with a printed map in return for a modest sum.
