The next meeting of West Hill Parish Council will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 5th January 2021.
- Due to the Covid-19 situation the meeting cannot be held in the Village Hall as per standard practice.
- Recent legislation changes enable Councils to hold virtual meetings. West Hill Parish Council will meet by video conferencing. The meeting is open to the public.
- Details of the Zoom meeting will be published on the agenda. You can join the meeting by phone, computer or apple/android device.
- Alternatively, members of the public are invited to submit issues or concerns to the Clerk who will raise the matter at the meeting on their behalf. Contact the Clerk 01404 232 100 or email clerk@westhillparishcouncil.gov.uk
Other than meeting by video-conferencing the decision making will operate as usual and will be subject to the same protocols and Standing Orders. Financial reporting follow standard practice.
