Public Consultation on Public Spaces Protection Orders
East Devon District Council has three existing Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) which apply across the district. These include a Dog Control PSPO, Seashores and Promenades PSPO, and Control of Anti-Social Behaviour & the Consumption of Intoxicating Substances in Exmouth and Sidmouth.
EDDC are required to review each PSPO every three years. During this process, EDDC are proposing a number of changes.
The details of the proposals can be found on the East Devon District Council website. The consultation will run for 6 weeks between 10 October and 20 November 2022.
