NHS Health Check

The NHS Health Check is a free check-up of your overall health, it can identify whether someone is at a higher risk of getting certain health problems such as:

• Heart disease

• Diabetes

• Kidney disease

• Stroke

During the check up, their team will discuss how to reduce an individual’s risk of these conditions.

Appointments are available for those eligible within the 40 – 74 age range at a  series of clinics listed below.
