Emerging East Devon Local Plan + Development Sites
In preparation of East Devon District Council’s Local Plan, proposals for large developments across East Devon will be considered at a series of public meetings throughout September.
East Devon District Council’s Strategic Planning Committee will consider every major development site allocation with dedicated time for residents, and town and parish councils, to make their views heard. West Hill Parish Council is registered to speak at the meeting.
Each meeting will focus on certain areas and sites for Ottery St Mary, West Hill and surrounding areas will be considered at the meeting on Monday 23 September 2024. Sites for Ottery St Mary, West Hill and Tipton St John will be considered in the morning session.
