Wessex Resolutions CIC are a not-for-profit organisation working in partnership with East Devon District Council. They lend council funds to homeowners (including landlords, empty property owners and park home owners) for essential home repairs and improvements. They have worked across East Devon since 2006.
Homeowners and landlords can apply for a loan to make improvements to their homes. Essential home repairs such as a replacement boiler, new windows and doors, roof repairs (including thatch), plumbing, heating or electrical works and even structural repairs are included under the scheme. (Subject to eligibility)
