The outline planning application for the erection of 23 dwellings with all matters reserved save for access on land north of Oak Road is on the agenda for EDDC's Planning Committee on Friday 28th July starting at 10am. Residents will remember that a planning appeal was lodged against the non-determination. Many residents attended a WHPC meeting to express their dissatisfaction that the matter had gone to appeal before EDDC had determined it.
The report before the Committee recommends the following: "To advise the Secretary of State that had the Planning Authority been able to determine this planning application then this would have resulted in a refusal for the reasons stated..."
