Over the summer months our Emergency Planning Working Group has been busy preparing an Emergency plan for West Hill village…. …….. but have YOU thought about what would YOU would do in an emergency situation?
There may be a time when you might be affected by an emergency but your life is not in immediate danger. During such a time, you will need to know how to help yourself and those around you.
Our working group has prepared a LET'S BE READY booklet which gives an introduction to the work of our team and provides some useful advice and guidance for households to prepare for an emergency.
We encourage you to read the booklet and complete the template in readiness for an emergency….. and we sincerely hope that you never have to use it!
