As the Parish Council was not scheduled to meet during August 2024 the Chairman of the Parish Council has called an Extraordinary meeting of the West Hill Parish Council.
The meeting will be held at 10.00am on MONDAY 5th August 2024 at the Village Hall.
- The meeting is open to the public and the agenda includes an item for public participation giving you the opportunity to speak. (This is limited to 3 minutes per speaker)
- Alternatively, members of the public are invited to submit issues or concerns to the Clerk by 5.00pm Thursday 1st August 2024 . I will raise the matter at the meeting on their behalf, subject to Council Policies. To contact the Clerk please email at clerk@westhillparishcouncil.gov.uk
