The Parish Council meeting scheduled for 7.30pm 3rd September 2024 has been cancelled.
Unfortunately two Councillors are unable to attend. As a result the meeting will be inquorate as a minimum of three Cllrs must be present for the meeting to take place.
The next meeting of the Council will be Tuesday 1st October 2024 7.30pm Village Hall unless an additional date can be arranged.

The next monthly meeting of the West Hill Parish Council will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 3rd September 2024 at the Village Hall.
- The meeting is open to the public and the agenda includes an item for public participation giving you the opportunity to speak. (This is limited to 3 minutes per speaker)
- Alternatively, members of the public are invited to submit issues or concerns to the Clerk by 5.00pm Friday 30th August 2024 . I will raise the matter at the meeting on their behalf, subject to Council Policies. To contact the Clerk please email at clerk@westhillparishcouncil.gov.uk
