The Chairman of the Parish Council has called an Extraordinary meeting of the Council to consider planning applications.
The Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council will be held at 7.30pm on MONDAY 14th April 2025 at the Village Hall.
- The meeting is open to the public and the agenda includes an item for public participation giving you the opportunity to speak. (This is limited to 3 minutes per speaker)
- Alternatively, members of the public are invited to submit issues or concerns to the Clerk by 5.00pm Thursday 10th April 2025. The Clerk will raise the matter at the meeting on their behalf, subject to Council Policies. To contact the Clerk please email at clerk@westhillparishcouncil.gov.uk
