The Parish Council scheduled for 7.30pm today, 4th July, has been cancelled.
Unfortunately a Cllr is unable to attend. As a result the meeting will be inquorate as a minimum of three Cllrs must be present for the meeting to take place.
The next meeting of the Council will be Tuesday 1st Aug 2023 7.30pm VIllage Hall unless an additional date can be arranged.
The agenda for tonight's meeting listed 8 planning applications for consideration (including 23/1143/MFUL Land to the South of Windmill Lane). It is anticipated that Councillors will agree and submit their response under Delegated Powers.

The next monthly meeting of the West Hill Parish Council will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 4th July 2023 at the Village Hall.
- The meeting is open to the public and the agenda includes an item for public participation giving you the opportunity to speak. (This is limited to 3 minutes per speaker)
