The Parish Council Chairman has called an Extraordinary meeting of the West Hill Parish Council for
- THURSDAY 20th July 2023, 7.30pm at the Village Hall.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider urgent matters following the cancellation of the 4th July 2023 WHPC meeting. The next scheduled monthly meeting of the Council on 1st August will go ahead as planned.
The meeting is open to the public and the agenda includes an item for public participation giving you the opportunity to speak. (This is limited to 3 minutes per speaker). Alternatively, members of the public are invited to submit issues or concerns to the Clerk by 12.00am 19th July 2023 who will raise the matter at the meeting on their behalf.
