Public Footpaths in West Hill

Devon County Council  have opened a Public Consultation - DEFINITIVE MAP REVIEW 2020/21 - on the public footpaths in West Hill.   The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map was started in the parish of West Hill in November 2020. A full consultation is now taking place with the following proposed changes to the Definitive Map.

There are currently no proposals for any changes to the public rights of way recorded on the Definitive Map in the parish of West Hill.
