Extraordinary Council Meeting - Have your say 23/1143/MFUL

The Parish Council Chairman has called an Extraordinary meeting of the West Hill Parish Council on

• THURSDAY 29th June 2023, 7.30pm  at the Village Hall.  

The purpose of the meeting is to receive resident’s comments on planning application:

• 23/1143/MFUL 
• The erection of 36 dwellings (50% of which will be provided as affordable housing), formation of access, open space and associated infrastructure on land to the South of Windmill Lane, West Hill.

The meeting is open to the public and the agenda includes an item for public participation giving you the opportunity to speak. (This is limited to 3 minutes per speaker).  Alternatively, members of the public are invited to submit issues or concerns to the Clerk by 12.00am 28thJune 2023 who will raise the matter at the meeting on their behalf.
